NEW BEER! This IPA started out with an amalgamation of flaked oats and Riwaka hops. After that we double dry hopped it with Nelson, Mosaic and Nectaron for a poetic disco of every intense tropical flavor imaginable. 7.5% ABV. Collab with our good friends @structuresbrewing! Today from 3-9pm!

Ghost Coast IPA is back and it’s a perfect showcase of our 2020 crop year Citra! We love single hopped beers in general, but we especially love em’ when they are loaded with Citra. Taproom is open today from 3-9pm!

Thought Frequency is back after over a year. As us

Thought Frequency is back after over a year. As usual with this beer, we pushed the lauterability with a sticky grist of nearly 50% malted wheat. After that it was dazzled with a double dry hop of El Dorado, Citra, Vic Secret and Galaxy. 7.5% ABV. Brewed with our pals in plaid @greatnotion. Draft and cans tomorrow at 3pm!

New Fluorescent Farm on tap today. This tart ale was conditioned on wacky amounts of apricot, mango and pineapple for a luscious, pulpy, pacific treat. 4.5% ABV. Today at 3pm!

We’ve got a new beer today, and quite possibly the most old school beer we’ve ever made. Ruse Summer Ale was brewed with 40% malted wheat and 60% 2 row. It spent a brief amount of time in the whirlpool on lemon peel, orange peel and grains of paradise before being fermented with some super fruity English ale yeast. Yeah, just like those beer commercials from the early 2000’s. We are stoked to have this beer on just in time for the warm days to come. 4.5% ABV. Today at 3pm! @bhunarestaurant tonight!

We’ve got a new beer, Simple Something. This Hazy West Coast Pale was brewed with a healthy dose of wheat and a light splash of Vienna. We then dry hopped it appropriately with @crosbyhops Strata. 5.3% ABV. Today at 3pm!

A throwback to one of the first days of the lemona

A throwback to one of the first days of the lemonade stand 15 months ago. Good news, Derek is back, which means we’ve finally got the whole Ruse family back together! Starting today, our taproom is now open Wednesdays from 3-9pm! These small steps of re-opening extra days mean so much to us and we are stoked to have finally 100% of the team back!
