New IPA on tap! Glass Shadows has a super simple b

New IPA on tap! Glass Shadows has a super simple base of exquisite pale ale malt and dextrin malt for some lofty head retention. After that, we dry hopped it with equal parts Citra and Mosaic. We joke around at Ruse that Citra and Mosaic are the salt and pepper of the hop family but sometimes that’s all you need to make something dang tasty. This beer will definitely be making it into cans next time around. Open today from 3-9pm!

The first ever @unprecedented_market starts today

The first ever @unprecedented_market starts today at 1pm! We are super excited to host all of these talented people selling locally made art in all sorts of mediums. Come get some one of a kind gifts for your friends, family or just yourself! The event will take place just through the doors past the lobby area into the loading dock and back hallway. We open at 12pm today, Ducks vs Beavers will be on the big screen. Also! @bhunarestaurant will be cooking up his amazing Indian soul food at 1:30pm.

Friday 11/25: @bhunarestaurant(4:30 start) will be serving its delicious Indian Soul Food and we will have the Blazers on the projector. We open at 3pm. Saturday 11/26: We are opening early at 12pm to show the Civil War game on the projector, we also have an amazing event that starts at 1pm! @unprecedented_market will feature 20+ artists selling artisan handmade goods. Our friends at @poblanopepperpdx_ will also be supplying delicious food options. We hope to see you!🍺

We hope you can make it it to our Thanksgiving eve bash and bottle release this week. This Wednesday 11/23, we will be opening early at 12pm for your delight! Our barrel-aged Barleywine will be available right at noon both in bottle and on draft. Food from @bhunarestaurant will begin at 4:30pm and music from El Camino Jazz Trio will begin at 5:30pm. Oh yeah, we will also be showing the Blazers on the projector! Come on down and celebrate with us!

It’s shaping up to be the year of Barleywine here in Portland and we are happy to join the party! ~Over the River, Under the Moon~ This luscious treat has a million layers of caramel notes complemented by 18 months of rest in maple syrup casks that previously held Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon. A gentle American hop bitterness guides you from sip to sip as this beer warms and its complexities intensify . Collaboration with our friends in Seattle @bottleworksbeer! 14.7% ABV. Available Wednesday 11/23 at 12pm. 4 bottles pp. $25 per bottle. We are opening 3 hours early that day because we figured y’all want to come drink Barleywine, eat @bhunarestaurant Indian soul food, and listen to some awesome live Jazz music from the El Camino Trio.
