Stoked for this one! This West Coast DIPA starts with a slightly untraditional base. A unique blend of 2 row, pilsner malt and rolled oats lay down an ultra pale appearance with an uber soft, yet dry mouthfeel. Then, we dumped in a huge blast of hot side Simcoe and Mosaic. After that we got crazy with a dry-hop blend of Strata mingled with even more Simcoe and Mosaic. The end result is mind bending flavors of mandarin infused pound cake with sweet pine needle whipped cream and sticky strawberry sauce on top. Brewed in collaboration with our friends up north @holymtnbrewing. Come get it this Saturday at our 4 year anniversary party!

NEW BEER ON TAP! We went slightly old school (2019 1/2) on this Raspberry Summer Ale. It’s brewed with a little bit of wheat and is refermented on a reasonable amount of red raspberries. It’s dry, gracefully fruity, super bubbly and almost reminiscent of a new age seltzer. 4.8% ABV. Open today 3-10pm. @bhunarestaurant Tonight!

Hey! Our 4 year anniversary is next weekend and we got these sweet new glasses for the occasion. When the glass is empty, or filled with something clear (water is good for you) it’s got these cool lines that swirl through the inside. It’s hard to explain, you’ll understand when you see it. Saturday July 9th we will have tons of live music, beer slushies, special beers, @satosharpening and the always delicious Texas style barbecue from @holytrinitybarbecue.

We are getting closer to our 4th Year Anniversary Celebration! Join us on Saturday July 9th 1-7pm for a fun ass time. We have @holytrinitybarbecue providing some killer eats, @satosharpening onsite (bring in your knives,etc.), a special DIPA collab with @holymtnbrewing! Also, music from the Steve Miller Lites (Music of Steve Miller Band), Peter LeClair Band, DJ Pablo Ricardo..Beer Slushies, Merch Raffles and more!! We hope to see you on the 9th!

More new cans available at both locations! Poetic Disco is one of our most heavily adjuncted IPAs. A dense cloud of spelt, wheat and flaked oats contain an inevitable downpour of sweet sticky citrus and dank mango juice. 7.2% ABV

FRESH COLLAB! It’s about time we made a beer with @alesongbrewing. It’s especially fun because it’s their 6 year anniversary beer! We kept this West Coast IPA just a tiny bit hazy for a little extra mouthfeel to back up a wacky combo of Galaxy, Citra, Motueka and Mosaic. This unique blend of hops is something we would usually save for a hazy but it works soooo darn well in a West Coast. Peach filled gushers, pineapple limeade and grapefruit slushie are just a few of the flavors jumping out of this exotic brew. 7% ABV. Today at 3pm! Available at Alesong’s beautiful Eugene countryside brewery this weekend!
