Sure the runoff to the kettle was a 6 hour nightmare, but it toooaaattallyyy redeemed itself. After that, we loaded the mash tun up with as much fresh Mosaic from BC farms as we could fit and soaked them in some nice hot wort before knockout. #hotsidehops. 10% ABV. Brewed in collaboration with our oat loving friends @oakbrew.
